As part of our expanding team, we are currently seeking individuals for the position of Field & Production Operations in Indonesia. The primary responsibilities include operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitoring operational parameters, reporting any abnormal conditions to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance teams during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and attending safety briefings before each shift.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum qualification of SMK/D3 in Engineering or equivalent. Previous experience in process facility operations is considered an advantage. Candidates must have a solid understanding of SOPs and workplace safety regulations, be willing to work in shifts, have a keen eye for reading instruments accurately, be able to communicate effectively within a team setting, demonstrate discipline towards procedures, and be competent in making operational records. Skills required for this role include process operations expertise, production recording proficiency, instrument monitoring capabilities, shift coordination skills, and adherence to SOP compliance.
