We are currently seeking a dedicated HSE Advisor to join our team in Indonesia, specifically in Riau Islands, Tanjung Pinang. The role involves identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and implementing control measures. Monitoring compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, work permits, and daily safety procedures will be a key responsibility. Leading toolbox meetings, providing safety guidance before tasks commence, reviewing contractor Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/Task Risk Assessment (TRA), incident reporting, conducting initial investigations, and recommending improvements are also part of the job scope. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or equivalent fields. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE professional in industrial/energy projects is required. Knowledge of work permit systems, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry procedures, hot work protocols are essential. Possessing a General Occupational Health and Safety Expert certificate or equivalent would be advantageous. Strong communication skills for field interactions and report writing, experience in conducting internal inspections and audits are necessary qualities for this role. Flexibility to work on project sites and shifts when required along with proficiency in office applications for reporting purposes are also important.
