We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join us as a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer at K3 Migas. The role will be based in Indonesia, Riau Islands, with flexibility according to project needs. As an HSE Officer, your responsibilities will include identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, implementing controls, overseeing compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE), work permits, and daily safety procedures. You will lead toolbox meetings, review contractor Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/Task Risk Assessment (TRA), record incidents and near misses, conduct initial investigations with improvement recommendations, coordinate with operational supervisors to halt unsafe work practices if necessary.

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent field with at least 3 years of experience in HSE roles within industrial or energy projects. Proficiency in work permit systems, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry procedures, hot work safety measures is required. Possession of General HSE Expert certification or equivalent is advantageous. Strong communication skills for field instructions and report writing are essential. Experience in conducting internal inspections and audits is preferred. Willingness to work on-site at project locations and shift schedules when needed is expected along with proficiency in office applications for reporting purposes.
