We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Shutdown/Turnaround Coordinator to join our team in Jadirejo, Riau, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing shutdown/turnaround plans and work lists, coordinating material, labor, and equipment requirements, monitoring daily progress on-site, liaising with operations for equipment isolation, compiling progress reports and schedule deviations, managing contractors during busy work periods, ensuring completion and handover of job documentation, as well as overseeing equipment handover to operations upon completion.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in shutdown/turnaround projects. Proficiency in job planning and schedule control, basic technical drawing interpretation skills, strong field coordination abilities, willingness to work overtime during peak periods, capability to generate daily reports, and familiarity with contractor collaboration are essential for success in this role.
