As part of our team in Indonesia, Riau, Pekanbaru (onsite/office as per project requirements), we are seeking a dedicated Maintenance & Reliability professional to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, creating work orders with estimated job durations, analyzing equipment failure history for improvement proposals, coordinating spare parts needs with the warehouse, overseeing maintenance work execution, updating CMMS post-job completion, compiling equipment performance reports, and supporting reliability enhancement programs.

To qualify for this role, candidates should hold a D3/S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in industrial facility maintenance. Proficiency in CMMS systems and job planning is essential along with the ability to interpret equipment manuals accurately. Strong analytical skills for fault data analysis and effective coordination with technicians are crucial.
