We are currently looking for a diligent HSE Operational professional to join our team in Indonesia, South Kalimantan, Amuntai. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and implementing necessary controls. Monitoring compliance with PPE usage, work permits, and daily safety procedures will also be a key part of the role. Leading toolbox meetings to provide safety guidance before commencing work activities is crucial to ensure a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate should possess at least a D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or equivalent fields with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HSE role within the industrial/energy sector. Proficiency in work permit systems, LOTO procedures, confined space protocols, and hot work regulations is essential. Strong communication skills for field instructions and report writing are highly valued. Being able to conduct internal inspections and audits is a key requirement for this position. Willingness to be stationed at project sites and work shifts when necessary is also expected.
