We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Production Engineer to join our team in Martapura, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing tasks in line with company procedures, coordinating with team members for project efficiency, preparing regular reports for management, maintaining orderly work documentation, suggesting process improvements, supporting project activities as needed, ensuring policy compliance, and completing job-related administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in a relevant field, at least 2 years of related experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in computer usage, teamwork abilities, time management discipline, and willingness to work on-site as required. Key skills required for this role include coordination, administration, communication, time management, and reporting.
