We are currently seeking a diligent Permit-to-Work Coordinator to join our team at our site in Indonesia, South Kalimantan. The primary responsibilities of this role include verifying the completeness of work permits before commencement, checking energy isolation and area securing as per permit requirements, coordinating schedules with operations, maintenance, and contractors, archiving daily work permits while monitoring their validity period, conducting on-site checks for compliance with issued permits, halting work if permit conditions are not met, compiling weekly permit summaries and compliance statistics, and assisting in orienting new employees on permit-to-work procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification with 2-4 years of experience managing permit-to-work systems in process facilities. Proficiency in LOTO procedures, gas testing protocols, hazardous areas understanding is essential. Strong attention to detail in document verification and effective cross-team communication skills are required. Ability to interpret basic P&IDs is advantageous. Candidates must be comfortable working in operational areas under direct supervision, accustomed to using standard forms for documentation purposes, and exhibit a disciplined approach towards following procedures.
