As part of our team in Indonesia, West Java, Banjar, we are currently seeking a Field & Production Operator who will be responsible for operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The role involves monitoring operational parameters, making necessary adjustments, reporting any abnormal conditions to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and participating in safety briefings before each shift.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of an SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent. Previous experience in operating process facilities would be advantageous. It is crucial for applicants to have a good understanding of SOPs and workplace safety protocols. The ability to work shifts diligently, pay attention to detail when reading instruments, communicate effectively within a team setting, adhere strictly to procedures, and keep accurate operational records are essential skills required for this role.
