We are currently seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Field & Production Operations at our West Java location in Banjaranyar, Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating process facilities according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitoring operational parameters, making necessary adjustments, reporting any abnormal conditions to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data accurately, coordinating with maintenance teams during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and participating in safety briefings for each shift.

The ideal candidate will possess an SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications with experience in process facility operations being an added advantage. A strong understanding of SOPs and workplace safety protocols is essential. The ability to work flexible shifts, meticulous attention to reading instruments accurately, excellent communication skills within a team environment, adherence to procedures diligently, and proficiency in maintaining operational records are key requirements for this role. Skills such as process operations management, production recording techniques, instrument monitoring expertise, shift coordination abilities, and adherence to SOP compliance are highly valued.
