The role involves identifying hazards, assessing risks in the workplace, and implementing control measures effectively. You will oversee compliance with PPE usage, work permits, and daily safety procedures while leading toolbox meetings and providing safety guidance before commencing tasks. Additionally, you will review JSA/TRA from contractors to ensure proper mitigation strategies are implemented on-site. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or equivalent fields with at least 3 years of experience as an HSE professional in industrial or energy projects. Proficiency in work permit systems, LOTO procedures, confined space regulations, and hot work practices is required. Strong communication skills for field interactions and report writing are essential. Candidates must be willing to be stationed at project sites and work shifts when necessary.
