As a Penasihat K3 Lokasi (Site HSE Advisor) at IronBridge Oilfield Services in Indonesia, West Java, Cayur, your responsibilities will include identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and implementing control measures. You will oversee compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE), work permits, and daily safety procedures. Leading toolbox meetings and providing safety guidance before work commences will be crucial aspects of your role.

Additionally, you will review Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/Task Risk Assessment (TRA) from contractors to ensure that mitigation measures are implemented on-site. Keeping detailed records of incidents and near misses, conducting initial investigations, and making improvement recommendations will be essential tasks. Collaborating with operational supervisors to halt unsafe work practices and compiling weekly HSE reports are also key responsibilities. Furthermore, organizing emergency response simulations and ensuring the readiness of emergency response equipment will be part of your duties.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or equivalent field. A minimum of 3 years' experience as an HSE professional in industrial or energy projects is required. Proficiency in work permit systems, Lockout Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry procedures, hot work regulations is essential. Possessing a General Occupational Health Expert certificate or equivalent would be advantageous. Strong communication skills for field interactions and report writing are necessary. Familiarity with conducting internal inspections and audits is preferred. Willingness to work on project sites and shift schedules when necessary is crucial. Proficiency in office applications for reporting purposes is also expected.

Key Job Requirements:
