We are currently seeking a Production Engineering & Optimization professional to join our team. The role involves operating process facilities according to standard operating procedures (SOP), monitoring operational parameters, making necessary adjustments, reporting any abnormalities to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance teams during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and participating in safety briefings for each shift.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum qualification of SMK/D3 in Engineering or equivalent. Previous experience in process facility operations is an added advantage. Essential skills include a good understanding of SOPs and workplace safety practices, ability to work in shifts, attention to detail when reading instruments, strong communication skills for effective teamwork, discipline in following procedures diligently, and proficiency in making operational records.
