We are currently seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional to join our team in Cisauk, West Java, Indonesia. As part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and implementing control measures. Monitoring compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE), work permits, and daily safety procedures will be crucial. Leading toolbox meetings and providing safety guidance before work commences are essential tasks that you will undertake.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or equivalent fields. With at least 3 years of experience in an HSE role within industrial or energy projects, you must have a solid understanding of work permits systems like LOTO (Lockout Tagout), confined space entry protocols, and hot work practices. Strong communication skills for field directives and report writing are vital. Additionally, the ability to conduct internal inspections and audits is required.
