You must possess a solid understanding of job planning and schedule control, be able to read basic engineering drawings proficiently, excel at field coordination tasks, be willing to work overtime during peak periods, have the ability to create daily reports efficiently, and be accustomed to working with contractors. Key skills required include shutdown planning expertise, schedule control proficiency, contractor coordination abilities, progress monitoring capabilities, as well as job handover proficiency.
