As a Field & Production Operations team member at Harbor Industrial Energy Services, your responsibilities will include operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be tasked with monitoring operational parameters, making necessary adjustments, reporting any abnormal conditions to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, and recording daily production data meticulously. Additionally, you will collaborate with the maintenance team during disruptions, uphold cleanliness in the work area, and participate in safety briefings at the beginning of each shift.

Ideal candidates for this role should possess a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering from SMK/D3 level. Previous experience in operating process facilities is considered an asset. A strong understanding of SOPs and workplace safety protocols is crucial. The ability to work rotating shifts diligently, pay attention to instrument readings detail-oriented communication skills within a team setting are also essential qualities we seek.
