We are currently seeking a Field Operations & Production Operator to join our dynamic team in Jatiasih, West Java, Indonesia. The primary responsibilities of this role include operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitoring operational parameters, reporting any anomalies to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and participating in safety briefings for each shift.
The ideal candidate should possess an SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in process facility operations is advantageous. A thorough understanding of SOPs and workplace safety protocols is essential. Candidates must be willing to work shifts, detail-oriented when reading instruments, have strong communication skills for effective teamwork, demonstrate discipline towards procedures, and be capable of maintaining operation records accurately.
