We are currently seeking a dedicated Site HSE Advisor (Penasihat K3 Lokasi) to join our team in Indonesia, specifically in West Java, Karawaci. The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting hazard identification and risk assessment in work areas, overseeing compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE), work permits, and daily safety procedures, leading toolbox meetings, reviewing contractor Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/Task Risk Assessment (TRA), recording incidents and near misses while conducting initial investigations and recommending improvements.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related fields. Additionally, they should have at least 3 years of experience as an HSE professional in industrial or energy projects. Proficiency in work permit systems, Lockout Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry procedures, hot work practices, strong communication skills for on-site interactions and report writing abilities are essential. The ability to conduct internal inspections and audits confidently is also required. Candidates must be willing to be stationed at project sites and work shifts when necessary while being proficient in office applications for reporting purposes.
