We are currently seeking a diligent Permit-to-Work Coordinator to join our team in Kemang, West Java, Indonesia. The main responsibilities of this role include verifying the completeness of work permits before commencing tasks, checking energy isolation and area security as per permit requirements, coordinating work schedules with operations, maintenance teams, and contractors, archiving daily work permits while monitoring their validity. Additionally, conducting field checks to compare actual conditions with permit specifications, halting tasks if permit requirements are not met, compiling weekly compliance statistics and permit summaries, as well as assisting in orienting new employees on permit-to-work procedures.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of a D3 degree in Engineering or its equivalent. They must have 2-4 years of experience managing permit-to-work systems in process facilities. Proficiency in LOTO (Lockout-Tagout), gas testing procedures, hazardous areas understanding is required. Attention to detail in document verification and effective cross-team communication skills are essential. Ability to interpret basic P&ID drawings is an added advantage. Candidates should be comfortable working in operational areas under direct supervision, familiar with using standard forms for documentation purposes while maintaining a disciplined approach towards procedures.
