As a Supervisor K3 at Eastern Basin Energy in Indonesia, West Java, Pamarican, your responsibilities will include conducting hazard identification and risk assessment in work areas, overseeing compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), work permits, and daily safety procedures. You will lead toolbox meetings to provide safety guidance before work commences, review Job Safety Analysis (JSA) from contractors to ensure field mitigation measures are in place, record incidents and near misses for initial investigation and improvement recommendations. Coordination with operational supervisors to halt unsafe work practices will be crucial. Additionally, you will compile weekly HSE reports, monitor audit findings follow-up actions, organize emergency drills, and ensure readiness of emergency response equipment.

To qualify for this role, you should hold at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent fields. A minimum of 3 years' experience as an HSE professional in industrial/energy projects is required. Proficiency in work permit systems, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry protocols, hot work procedures is essential. Possession of General K3 Expert certification or equivalent would be advantageous. Strong communication skills for field directives and report writing are necessary. Experience in conducting internal inspections and audits is preferred. Willingness to be stationed at project sites and work shifts when necessary along with proficiency in office applications for reporting purposes are key requirements.
