We are currently seeking a motivated Supervisor K3 to join our team. The primary responsibilities include conducting hazard identification and risk assessment in work areas, overseeing compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), work permits, and daily safety procedures. The role involves leading toolbox meetings, reviewing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) from contractors, recording incidents and near misses, coordinating with operations supervisors to halt unsafe work practices, preparing weekly HSE reports, and organizing emergency response simulations.

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related fields. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE professional in industrial or energy projects is required. Proficiency in work permit systems, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry procedures, hot work processes is essential. Possession of a General K3 Expert certificate or equivalent is advantageous. Strong communication skills for field instructions and report writing are necessary along with the ability to conduct internal inspections and audits proficiently.
