We are currently seeking a diligent Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional to join our team in Pangandaran, West Java, Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and implementing control measures. Monitoring compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE), work permits, and daily safety procedures will be a key part of the role. Leading toolbox meetings and providing safety guidance before tasks commence are essential duties to ensure a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or equivalent fields with at least 3 years of experience in an HSE role within industrial or energy projects. Proficiency in work permit systems, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry procedures, and hot work protocols is required. Strong communication skills for field directives and report writing are necessary. Experience in conducting internal inspections and audits is preferred. A willingness to work on project sites and shift schedules when necessary is expected.
