We are currently seeking a dedicated Koordinator Shutdown / Turnaround to join our dynamic team. The role involves preparing shutdown/turnaround plans and work lists, coordinating material, labor, and equipment needs, monitoring daily progress, resolving field obstacles, liaising with operations for equipment isolation, compiling progress reports and schedule deviations, managing contractors during busy periods of work, ensuring completion and handover of job documentation, and overseeing the equipment handover to operations upon completion.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in shutdown/turnaround projects. They should possess knowledge of job planning and schedule control, basic technical drawing reading skills, strong field coordination abilities, willingness to work overtime during peak periods, proficiency in creating daily reports, and experience working with contractors. Key skills required include shutdown planning, schedule control, contractor coordination, progress monitoring, and job handover processes.
