As a Maintenance staff member, your responsibilities will include developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, creating work orders with estimated durations, analyzing equipment failure history for improvement proposals, coordinating spare parts requirements with the warehouse, overseeing maintenance work execution, updating CMMS systems post-job completion, preparing equipment performance reports, and supporting reliability enhancement programs.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a D3/S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in industrial facility maintenance. Proficiency in CMMS systems and job planning is essential. Strong analytical skills for interpreting equipment manuals and data analysis are required.
