The role involves operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitoring operational parameters, reporting any abnormalities to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and participating in safety briefings for each shift.

The ideal candidate will possess an SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification with prior experience in process facility operations. A strong understanding of SOPs and workplace safety protocols is essential. Candidates must be detail-oriented when reading instruments, have excellent communication skills for effective teamwork, maintain discipline towards procedures, be able to work shifts as required, and demonstrate proficiency in making operational notes. Proficiency in process operations, production recording, instrument monitoring, shift coordination, and SOP compliance are key skills required for this role.
