The ideal candidate for this position should hold a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in a relevant field and possess at least 2 years of related experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in computer usage, teamwork abilities, time management expertise, punctuality, and willingness to work on-site are essential qualifications for this role.
