The successful candidate will be responsible for operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitoring operational parameters, making necessary adjustments, reporting any abnormal conditions to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data meticulously, coordinating with maintenance teams during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and participating in safety briefings at each shift change. The ideal candidate will possess an SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications with previous experience in process facility operations being an added advantage. Strong knowledge of SOPs and workplace safety practices is essential for this role. Candidates must be detail-oriented when reading instruments, have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrate discipline towards procedures, and be capable of keeping accurate operational records.
