As part of our team in Indonesia (Yogyakarta, Sleman), we are currently seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Field & Production. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating process facilities according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitoring operational parameters, adjusting as necessary, reporting any abnormal conditions to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and participating in safety briefings for each shift.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess an SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in process facility operations would be advantageous. It is essential to have a good understanding of SOPs and workplace safety practices. Candidates must be willing to work shifts, detail-oriented when reading instruments, able to communicate effectively with team members, disciplined in following procedures, and capable of keeping accurate operational records.
