As a Supervisor K3 at Titan Process & Facilities in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, you will play a vital role in ensuring workplace safety by identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing controls. Your responsibilities will include supervising compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE), work permits, and daily safety procedures. Leading toolbox meetings and providing safety guidance before work commences are essential aspects of your duties.

You will review Job Safety Analysis/Task Risk Assessment (JSA/TRA) from contractors to ensure field mitigation measures are in place. Recording incidents, near misses, conducting initial investigations, and recommending improvements are critical tasks. Coordinating with operational supervisors to halt unsafe work practices, compiling weekly HSE reports, monitoring audit findings follow-up actions, organizing emergency drills, and ensuring emergency response equipment readiness are also part of your responsibilities.

Ideal candidates for this position hold a minimum D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health & Safety Engineering or equivalent fields. With at least 3 years of experience as an HSE professional in industrial/energy projects. Proficiency in work permit systems, Lockout Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry protocols, hot work practices is required. Possessing General K3 Expert certification or equivalent is advantageous. Strong communication skills for field interactions and report writing are essential. Experience in conducting internal inspections and audits is preferred. Willingness to be stationed at project sites and work shifts when necessary is expected along with proficiency in office applications for reporting purposes.
