As the Content Manager at Women Go Tech, you will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and overseeing high-quality content that resonates with our brand voice, engages our target audience, and drives growth for our programs. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a content strategy aligned with marketing goals, monitoring performance metrics to optimize strategies, managing email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailerlite, overseeing social media presence on platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn, maintaining and updating the website built on WordPress, exploring blog development opportunities if identified as crucial by your strategy, collaborating with partners to create compelling content for various channels, assessing partnership proposals for community engagement benefits, crafting key marketing messages for digital advertising creatives prepared by external agencies.

The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience as a Content Manager or similar position in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional writing skills in English are essential along with familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and Mailerlite. Strong project management abilities, organizational skills, data analysis capabilities to refine strategies accordingly are required. A deep understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends is crucial.
