JASARA PMC is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Civil/Structure Engineer (Supervision) to join our esteemed team. As a Civil/Structure Engineer (Supervision), you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the construction activities of social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities
Oversee and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, and project requirements
Review and approve construction drawings, materials, and shop drawings
Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, resolving engineering-related issues promptly
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to monitor the progress and quality of construction work
Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and non-conformance reports
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction process
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction supervision or related field
Knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles, practices, and construction techniques
Strong understanding of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions with sound judgment
Professional engineering license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Saudi Arabia is preferred
