Job Summary
The Financial Advisor will take charge of client relationship management, drive client prospecting, and proactively work on increasing assets under management. Playing a key role in assessing clients' investment goals and risk tolerance, they take initiative to monitor all client investments and address their evolving needs. Moreover, they will be at the forefront of coordinating with our dynamic Investment Team to actively shape and optimize portfolio structures, ensuring the best outcomes for their clients.
The ideal candidate will:
Act as primary client contact and coordinate TFO’s interactions with clients.
Build and maintain long term relationships with clients to develop a book of business.
Ensure that all KYC / AML documents are provided, and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
Prospecting
Gather information on leads, including completing initial KYC checks.
Create and coordinate with RM assistant to complete database of leads.
Present TFO’s services and co-investment offerings to prospects in the best way.
Account opening
Drive the account opening process with clients.
Keep the Investment Team aware of any changes to client’s goals and investment objectives.
Present to client the quarterly portfolio updates.
Knowledge Development
Attend all Investment Team market/product updates.
Monitor economic, geopolitical and market developments closely.
Teamwork
Enable new and junior RMs to expand the share of wallet of existing clients and develop new business by joining them in client meetings and coaching them.
Explore business opportunities with new and junior RMs and lead by example in terms of client relationship management.
Foster a strong client focused culture.
Education & Experience
Minimum of bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
5+ years of proactive successful sales experience in financial services.
Knowledge of wide range of brokerage/banking products and services.
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Outgoing, self-motivated and a team player.
