Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities • Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes in line with leading practices • Establish working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders • Collect feedback from internal stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements • Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress • Keep abreast of the latest financial and business trends, financial decisions, and microeconomic / macroeconomic conditions, internationally and in the Kingdom, to develop forecasts about businesses, sectors, and industries • Participate in workshops with concerned functions to develop full understanding of relevant companys products and services, align on business needs and requirements, and request clarifications as needed • Support in data exploration of complex data sets as needed to analyze historical financial results, conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and draw out financial conclusions • Conduct market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps (i.e., comparable company analysis) in order to assess financial performance of topic in question • Examine financial statements to determine and assess values and develop accurate reports • Participate in providing financial insights to enable / supplement statistical analyses and interpretations as needed Qualifications • 0 to 2 years of experience in a Finance field • Bachelor s Degree in Finance / Statistics or equivalent is required • Proficiency in Microsoft office • Proficiency in English • Focuses on Results and Quality • Demonstrates Customer Centricity • Displays Integrity and Professionalism • Innovates and Demonstrates Agility Company Industry RecruitmentPlacement FirmExecutive Search Department / Functional Area FinanceTreasury Keywords Financial Analyst
