Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of 10 to 12 stores or more.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales VS target.
Motivate team and deliver DD culture. Develop capable employees.
Drive Standard Business Control (ROR, RFR & RFSS)
Manage a team of store managers, Baristas, and Cashiers and provide them with guidance and support.
Ensure employees are trained on food safety, policies, procedures, and new products.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Arrange stocks if needed.
Conduct cash spot-check and track sales deposit.
Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition, calibrated and functioning as of DD standards.
Demonstrate sales performance on weekly and monthly basis to Area Supervisor and Territory manager.
Drive PSC, KPIs and influence team to achieve.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Execute the Marketing Plans & New Product Launches.
Collaborate and communicate with other departments as Maintenance, IT Dep, HR , Admin and Legal team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Minimum Diploma
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the same field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Driving license is mandatory.
