Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing & Communication Manager will be responsible for various aspects of the Hotel's print, digital and social presence including but not limited to revenue generation programs via print and online advertising campaigns, social media campaigns, in-house newsletters and collateral, partner marketing, and website optimization. The individual will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement tactical strategies regarding online revenue generation opportunities for the resort. Other responsibilities include working under the Group Director of Communications & Business Development and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to implement campaigns and manage objectives including but not limited to asset/content creation and brand initiatives.

Key Job Requirements:

  • - Minimum of 5+ years work experience in Marketing.
  • - 3-5 years minimum experience in managing CRM & Digital campaigns in an F&B environment.
Skills:
  • - Experience with Customer loyalty programs and building brand loyalty through low-cost high value campaigns.
  • - Well connected, forward thinking, creative individual who loves creating a BUZZ about everything.
  • - Ability to deal with agencies, briefs, audits.
  • - Passionate about the digital world, self-starter and fast learner.
