We are currently seeking a qualified Director of Project Delivery to oversee the successful execution and handover of multiple (BTS) projects across our Company according to the business plan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing project management strategy, ensuring effective communication plans are in place, managing resources efficiently, controlling costs versus budget, facilitating change requests, and maintaining compliance with statutory regulations.

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering (a Master's degree is preferred), hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, have at least 10-12 years of experience with 5 years in a senior managerial role within a Project Delivery department for a large property developer. Proficiency in construction management, project management skills, project programming software (such as Primavera), Microsoft Office suite including Power BI for reporting dashboards is essential. Strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, analytical prowess, negotiation skills are also required.

• Bachelor’s in civil/architectural engineering; Master’s degree preferred
