Responsibilities :
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information and guidance to customers
Respond promptly to customer complaints and issues
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
Upsell products and services when appropriate
Maintain positive and professional demeanor at all times
Record customer information and update records as needed
Follow company policies and procedures
Stay updated on product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
Follow security guidelines to protect customer information
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in relevant field
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
Proficient in using customer service software and systems
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with industry regulations and policies
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
