As an Organizational Development Specialist at 3i Holding Company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational design and HR policies. Your responsibilities will include designing organizational structures, job families, and competency frameworks while conducting job analysis and evaluation. You will analyze HR metrics to prepare reports that monitor performance and assist in the maintenance and development of HR technical tools such as HRMS, LMS, PMS, and RMS. Additionally, you will be tasked with various other duties related to organizational development.
