As an OD Specialist at Mayar Foods, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills, optimizing job structures, and promoting a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with the HR team and leaders across the organization to align workforce capabilities with business goals. Key responsibilities include conducting job analyses, assisting in developing job descriptions aligned with grading and compensation structures, designing training programs for employees, supporting change management efforts, assisting in succession planning processes, and analyzing data related to OD initiatives.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field along with 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development or HR-related roles. Basic knowledge of job evaluation and grading processes is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is also necessary for this role.
