We are currently looking for an experienced Strategy Management Office Director to join our team. As the Strategy Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our organization's strategic planning and execution efforts, ensuring alignment across all business units.
In this key executive position, your responsibilities will include overseeing strategic planning and development by creating both long-term and short-term strategic plans. You will identify strategic opportunities and risks while ensuring alignment with the organizational vision and mission. Additionally, you will conduct strategy workshops with executive leadership, provide strategic advisory services to the CEO and board members, and design performance measurement systems.
As the Strategy Director, you will lead the development of balanced scorecards, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance gaps, and propose corrective actions.
