As the Organizational Development Manager at Tarshid, you will play a crucial role in planning, developing, implementing, and administering development initiatives within the organization. Serving as a liaison and advisor to our leadership team, you will facilitate strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and success.

Your responsibilities will include aligning HR strategies with company objectives to support overall business goals effectively. You will provide thought leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and total rewards while ensuring that all aspects of the organization function cohesively. Additionally, you will oversee performance management cycles, job architecture processes, workforce planning strategies, and policy development within the HR framework.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration along with at least 7 years of experience in organizational development or HR functions. A relevant professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM would be advantageous. Strong knowledge of workforce planning, total rewards systems, salary structures, career planning frameworks, and competency assessments is essential for success in this position.
