As an Organizational Development Specialist at 2P Perfect Presentation, you will be instrumental in designing and facilitating effective onboarding programs, overseeing performance management processes, identifying training and development needs, and collaborating with leadership to create succession plans. You will play a key role in boosting employee engagement and retention through the implementation of strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing effective onboarding programs for new hires
- Overseeing performance evaluation processes and providing guidance on setting performance goals
- Identifying training and development needs, creating training programs, and supporting career progression initiatives
- Collaborating with leadership to identify high-potential employees and create succession plans
- Implementing strategies to measure and improve employee engagement through surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Analyzing turnover data to develop initiatives for retaining top talent
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while staying updated on industry best practices
- Utilizing HR metrics for data analysis and reporting purposes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; master’s degree or relevant certifications (OD certification SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational development or related fields with a proven track record in designing talent management initiatives
- Strong understanding of organizational development theories, practices, methodologies, employee engagement trends
- Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
