As the Learning & Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and facilitating the Hotel Training Plan aligned with our strategic goals. You will conduct annual training needs analysis, coordinate with department managers to identify training opportunities, and deliver various training activities within the hotel. Building relationships with industry associations, external training companies, and academic councils will be essential in enhancing our learning resources. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of training activities and participant information while managing a central internal resource library will be part of your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management with a minimum of 5 years of training/facilitation experience. Proficiency in English language skills (reading, writing, oral), MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint is required. Strong leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial.
