As the OD and Performance Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that foster a positive work environment and support our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to improve organizational structure, culture, and workflows in alignment with our strategic goals. Conducting needs assessments to identify areas for development and creating customized interventions will be essential. Additionally, you will facilitate change management processes during organizational restructuring or strategy shifts. Collaborating with department heads to set measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) is also a key aspect of the role.

Furthermore, you will design leadership development programs to prepare high-potential employees for future roles and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Using data analytics tools to assess the impact of OD initiatives and preparing reports for leadership on organizational health are integral parts of this position.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. You should have 3-5 years of experience in organizational development or a related HR role. Strong knowledge of performance appraisal systems, change management theories, data analysis tools, and HR software is required. Excellent communication skills along with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR would be advantageous. Experience in implementing large-scale organizational change initiatives and familiarity with tools like Balanced Scorecard and workforce analytics are desirable.
