As a Production Manager at Almoajil Feed Company, you will play a crucial role in utilizing the plant's manpower and equipment efficiently to produce feed products while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and sanitation. Your responsibilities will include submitting daily production plans by scheduling personnel effectively, planning production flow based on capacity availability and sales requirements, reviewing daily production records, coordinating equipment maintenance activities with the maintenance division, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance and sanitation programs.
You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints professionally by investigating issues thoroughly and recommending corrective actions. In terms of qualifications and experience, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Production/Chemical/Industrial) along with 3 to 5+ years of experience in similar food processing plants. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, collaboration skills to work across departments seamlessly, leadership qualities to guide your team efficiently, and proficiency in PC tools and techniques.
