We are currently seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that align with the organization's overall business objectives and goals. As the lead liaison between the organization and its partners, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, negotiate agreements, and oversee the growth of existing partnerships.

Key responsibilities of this role include developing and executing partnership strategies, identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities based on market research and analysis, as well as overseeing the management of existing partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with at least 12 years of experience managing strategic partnerships for organizations. Prior experience working closely with strategic partners to promote growth and development is essential. Additionally, candidates should have 4-5 years of experience in roles such as marketing director, sales director, or business development director involved in directly identifying, negotiating, and building strategic partner alliances.
