We are currently seeking an Organizational Development (OD) Manager for a client in Tabuk, KSA. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in organizational development & human resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. Key responsibilities include designing & implementing organizational structures, leading change management initiatives, developing HR policies & procedures, conducting job evaluations, and proficiency with performance management systems, financial acumen, data analysis, and strategic planning.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related field are preferred. Prior experience working with a construction organization and certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, PMP are considered advantageous. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving organizational development initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
