ASMO, a pioneering joint venture between DHL and Saudi Aramco, combines DHL's logistics expertise with Saudi Aramco's extensive supply chain network to revolutionize the procurement and supply chain industry. Our mission is to establish a new standard in this sector, facilitating growth and reshaping the landscape. Scheduled to commence operations in 2025, ASMO aims to offer comprehensive end-to-end procurement and supply chain services to businesses in industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Initially focusing on serving Saudi Aramco and its affiliates, we aspire to expand our reach across all industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia and eventually extend into the MENA region.

We are seeking an Organizational Development Director who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and boost employee engagement. This pivotal role involves spearheading initiatives to cultivate a high-performance culture, drive change, and align talent management practices with organizational objectives. The Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to devise plans that bolster business goals while enhancing overall organizational health.

Key responsibilities of the Organizational Development Director include managing OD strategies across operating units, assessing OD needs within various business segments, designing tailored programs to meet these needs effectively, overseeing the implementation of key program elements within the OD process, evaluating strategy success against established goals, providing expert facilitation and coaching on OD methods to supervisors/managers, supervising individual development planning for executives/emerging leaders, offering consultative services on mentoring within business units, leading short- and long-term planning for OD programs, making budgetary recommendations aligned with departmental goals for resource management efficiency, as well as supervising employees within different OD work units.

To qualify for this role at ASMO you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent from an accredited university. A minimum of 13 years' experience in organizational development or related fields is required with at least 7 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred along with CIPD/SHRM certification. Proficiency in oral and written English is essential for effective communication within our diverse team.
