Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, and compliance. They will collaborate with the CEO to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits while ensuring legal compliance on all financial functions. Additionally, they will manage internal and external stakeholders and support the financial planning and analysis efforts.

• - Must have at least 15 years of finance experience
• - Strong background in finance and management

• - Excellent knowledge of IFRS, Audit and Compliance
• - Strong finance-based analytical skills
• - Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills
