As an HR Manager at Domo Ventures W.L.L., you will play a crucial role in leading the HR Department in the KSA Region, ensuring the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems related to Recruitment, HR Operations, Training & Development, Rewards, and Performance Management.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing three key HR teams within the Regional HR Department: International HR Operations, Local HR Operations, and Local Recruitment for Saudi Nationals. Your main duties will include managing all aspects of the employee life cycle such as Engagement & Onboarding, Probation, Training and Development, Goals & Performance Management, Rewards, and Disengagement. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Corporate HR Department to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
As the HR Manager at Domo Ventures W.L.L., you will have the opportunity to design regional HR policies and procedures tailored specifically for Saudi Nationals in coordination with the Corporate HR Department. You will also be tasked with enhancing motivation, productivity, and retention among Saudi Nationals while fostering strong relationships with Project Managers, Commercial Managers, and project staff. Acting as a mediator between management and employees to resolve conflicts and maintain positive employee relations will be a key aspect of your role.
